Attachments do not display in iOS (iPad or iPhone
I attached a pdf file to a passport item in the Mac 1Password version. After WiFi synching in both iPhone and iPad the attachment name is displayed in the passport page, but when clicking on the attachment name, a blank empty page shows up on both devices -not the pdf file. Have also saved the file in jpeg format with the same negative result. Am using all the current versions of 1Password and have upgraded to the pro version some time ago. All Apple OS versions are current.

As part of the troubleshooting process can you test something for us please. If you create a new Identity item and attach the same PDF and jpeg files to it, does the ability to view the attachments change at all with this test item?

Attached the pdf file to a new note and it now displays

Created new passport file copying over old information and same pdf file attachment. Attachment now displays properly.
