As noted in another thread, the "app in development mode" message from Dropbox is a separate issue that we're scrambling to resolve as quickly as possible.

Now it worked for me. I allowed the app to access my Dropbox, but after it I ended up on the screen with vault settings, but there is no way to leave it.
