1password converts url to ascii character resolving in 404

When I save the url for mint as www.mint.com/#login it coverts it to ascii as www.mint.com/%23login which resolves to 404

Pasting manually works but pressing on saved link does not

Yes that works as a workaround but the bug should probably still be fixed for other sites affected by ascii conversion
