Disparate Record Numbers between desktop 1PW and iPad 1PW

I have two iPads and one Mac desktop, all synced to iCloud. The desktop 1PW and one of my iPads report that I have 609 records. The second iPad reports that I have 498. Is it possible that the second iPad is looking at a different primary vault? If so, how do I get it to look at the vault that's on my desktop and first iPad?

    sorry for the troubles you are running into. Could you give me a bit more information please? Do all of your iPads run iOS 8 and the latest version of 1Password (5.4.1)? Which OS version is your Mac running and which 1Password version? Thanks!
