  • Hi @neilparmar,

    We're here to help!

Can you be a little more specific please?
Do you have a folder called 'NOTES' within which you created these items?

    Thanks!

apologies. I create a new Secure Note in "Secure Notes" and when I do its duplicated in Unassigned, the purple folder.

  • Ah, I understand. It's not a duplicate; just think of the 'Unassigned' folder as the place where all items go if you haven't sorted them into a folder manually.

It's the intended behaviour. I hope this helps.

oh and Alex, this is strange. I created a new folder and moved over 3 x identity items from the "Identities" folder into the folder I created and the files are still available in the "Identities" folder and what looks like a copy of the 3 x items in the folder I created.

    Is that normal?

@neilparmar Yes that is perfectly normal. Identities will always appear in the Identities category, irrespective of what folder they are assigned to. The same goes for your Login items; they will always appear in the Logins category. This is the designed behavior and these items are not duplicated. You're simply looking at them from a different angle. Thanks!
