    Please try this:

    1. Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.

    Hi @PKruchten,

    This is a bit of a tough question but do you happen to know what version you were running before this happened? I only ask as we thought we resolved a problem with updating. Now it was a recent change but for example, if you had been running 5.3 and this happened upgrading to either 5.3.1 or 5.3.2 then it would suggest we didn't fix it as well as we thought. It's tough because asking you what version you're running now is one thing, asking what you were running when you can't easily check is another.

    Anyway, Stephen_C's post will sort you out, I haven't seen that fail once yet so far.
