cant sync with drop box

i cannot sync across ipad, iphone and windows using drop box. I have spent 2 hours on this. it used to work but now have new laptop and new ipad

iPhone v= 4.2.3
Ipad v= 5.4.2
windows is lastest version, per 1password

    Hi,

    We'll need some additional information in order to help you find the problem. First, is 1Password on any of your devices able to sync with Dropbox, or none at all?
