Hi @Locko,

Open "Control Panel" from the Start menu. Depending on how you have configured the display of Control Panel, you may need to click "Network and Internet" first. Then click "Internet Options".

If you are still having trouble, can you tell me what version of Windows and Internet Explorer you are using?

You can also find it via Internet Explorer, click on the gear button on top right and select Internet Options.
