Just to make sure I understand what you mean:
how to remove a web site completely.
Are you asking how to delete one of your Login items from 1Password? If so, find that item in the Categories section of 1Password, tap the Edit button at the top, then scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Login.
Or if you want to delete only the website field from one of your Login items (but leave the rest of the information), find the item and tap Edit, tap the red circle to the left of the website field, then tap the Delete button on the right. Remember to tap Done to save your changes.
Also change my details, e-mail and password.
You can change any of those things when editing one of your items in 1Password. However, if you need to change your username or password for one of your website accounts, you'll need to make sure you make that change in your account settings on that website, and also in the Login details in 1Password. You can find more information in this knowledgebase article.

Make sure you update the URL for the forum, we don't use agilewebsolutions.com anymore. It should be: https://discussions.agilebits.com.
To change your password, click on your name on top right to go to your Profile page. From there, click on Edit Profile on top right and then click on Change My password on the left sidebar to update your password. To go there right away, click on this link: https://discussions.agilebits.com/profile/password
