Windows license, can I get a discount based on current iOS/Mac purchases [Yes]

I have already a mac and an iphone license. I want a windows license. I had one a few years ago. Do i
1) need to purchase a full windows license or can i
2) upgrade my old windows license (don't have the number anymore) or
3) can I purchase the combo Windows/Mac and get a discount because i have already the mac and iPhone license?

Hi MikeT, I'm in exactly the same boat as TomTom. I have 1Password on my iMac and iPhone, I'd love to install it on my PC. When you say "email your Mac/iOS purchase or license info" do you mean the email receipt I received from the iTunes store when I bought the apps? Or is there license info somewhere in the app? I wasn't able to find anything. Thank you!
