Sync issue

iPad can not sync with my iPhone by iCloud recently , but can sync by Dropbox.
Internet connection is no problem, because it shows the sync is done. But the vault is no update.


1Password Version: 5.4.3
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: ios 8.4
Sync Type: icloud

    Hi Shen,

    Do you get any sort of error message when attempting to sync with iCloud, or does it look like everything should be working fine but the sync simply isn't happening?

    Please let us know.

    There is no any error message.
    But now I change the sync type from Dropbox back to iCloud, the sync is successful. In China, the iCloud service always be disturbed by government, I think this is the reason.

    Okay, thanks for the update. Sorry to hear about the difficulties with the Chinese government, but hopefully now that it is working it'll continue to work. :)
