Nothing shows up in 1Password extension for Firefox/Chrome but shows up fine in main program

In the last week, The extensions on Chrome and Firefox have stopped working. It now only pops up with a handful of password info and can no longer see the rest of the data. If you manually go to the logins section, all the folders are empty and say "there are no logins in this folder". In the main software all the folders populated. Ive restarted the machine, updated both the software and extensions. Any idea whats happening?

    Hi @lukents,

    That's difficult to answer, we haven't heard of this before. It sounds like something is interfering with 1Password.

    Could you email us your diagnostic report, so we can understand what's going on? Please use this guide to generate a diagnostic report to email to us and, in the email, also include the link to this thread along with your forum username.

    Let us know here when you've sent it, so we can look for it, and confirm we got the email.
