1Password secondary vault name appended with " 2" on iOS 8

I'm using 1Password 5 on my Mac (OS X 10.10.3) and iPad (iOS 8.4). I just added a secondary vault (I'll call it Family here), switched from iCloud synch to Dropbox, and upgraded to 1Password Pro. Everything is working fine on the Mac. On the iPad, I have a problem:

My list of vaults in Settings shows
Primary
Family
Family 2

If I choose Family, the vault shows no content, but if I choose Family 2, the content is there. I did have some problems synching at first, but closing 1Password and reopening it seemed to solve it.

There is no Family 2 keychain in Dropbox.

    Hi @joangoddard,

    Have you tried removing both the Family and Family 2 vaults from 1Password on the iPad, and then re-adding the Family vault?

    Please let me know.
