Hi @illogos,

Sorry to hear about the trouble with Touch ID. Could you please tell us:

What version of 1Password for iOS you have installed
What version of iOS your iPhone 6 is on
Does Touch ID work to unlock the phone
What are all of the settings you have set in 1Password > Settings > Security
Have you already unlocked 1Password with the Master Password at least once

Also could you please describe for us what you do, what you are expecting, and what happens instead? E.x. "I open the main 1Password for iOS app and I expect it to prompt for Touch ID but instead it prompts for the Master Password."

Thank you Ben for your prompt replay.
I'm very sorry, but i accidentally have found the solution.

I was wrong in putting my finger, cause i was sticking in putting it not in the home command but in the imagine of the fingertip of the app.
I have to admit: i was very stupid, but you know sometime can happen.
Strange it is, 'cause i found the solution just after your replay, and this problem lasted almost two months

Anyway, here some answers to your questions:
1) I have the previous version to 5.5, since i didn't reiceve any request of upgrading it.
2) 8.1.3
3) yes, it does
4) lock at exit on, auto lock 10 min, touch id on
