Go to the bottom of this page and look under Legacy Versions. (I've assumed you're talking about 1P3 for Mac.)

@JDCarr ignore my reply. Someone has kindly pointed out to me your exact same post in the 1P for Windows forum. (I replied to your post in the Knowledgebase Feedback forum without knowing anything of the other post—which does rather indicate it's better not to post the same thing in more than one forum, :( )

I've moved everything to the 1P for Windows forum.

You can download 1Password 4.x for Windows from our downloads page here: http://agilebits.com/downloads

There is no 1Password 3 for Windows, we went from 1Password 1.x for Windows to 1Password 4.x for Windows.
