PC wont sync

I have 2 iphones and 2 Ipads, they sync together just fine. My PC will not sync and hasn't in a long time. I have several vaults that have been mistakenly created over the years but I am pretty sure the IOS devices and the PC are pointed to the right vault. Actually I open the other vaults and nothing is in them. I open the correct vault and I have 127 items. My IOS devices have 288. Windows using 4.6.0.585. I don't really know how to check IOS for version.

    Could you email us your 1Password diagnostic reports from one of your iOS devices and your PC, so we can figure this out for you. Please use this guide to learn how to generate the reports from both devices, there's a platform chooser for iOS and Windows. The guide will explain where to email them to us and if you can, please include a link to this thread in both emails.

    Let us know here when you've sent both, so we can look for it, and confirm we got the emails.
