Still need help with password vault while setting up new laptop on new 1password install

in 1Password 4 for Windows

new laptop (windows)...installed 1password but encountering problem referencing "1password vault" which i thought was already setup in my drop box

1Password Version: 4.6.0.585
Extension Version: 3.9.21.90
OS Version: Windows 8
Sync Type: dropbox

    @Bean_0_cpa - If your 1Password vault already exists in your Dropbox folder, from the locked screen of 1Password for Windows, select File > Open Vault. Navigate to the correct location in your Dropbox folder and select that vault. Please let us know if this helps.
