Why wont my bundle Mac/Windows license key work with windows 7 when I down lode it?

I just purchase a MAC/Windows bundle that gave me the license key [Edited by MikeT: Removed data] on my MAC OS. I tried to download the program to my Windows 7 OS but it would not accept the key

    Hi @georgesavage46,

    This is a public support forum, please do not post any of your information here. I've removed your key that you've posted here.

    In addition, the key that I've removed was not the license key that 1Password uses. 1Password's key starts with OPW4-, OPWB-, 1PWB- or 1PWW-. That's probably why you can't register the program, it doesn't belong to us.

    Can you check the email again and look for the license key that starts with 1P or OP.

    If you don't see it, please forward that email to us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and we'll take a look at what's going on.
