I can't sync my 3.7.2 so I can back it up and then move the data to the 6.0 that I have

I have an iphone and recently upgraded to the new OS; after that my 1password ver 3.7.2 cuts out after every use. I am trying to sync or backup by wifi on a windows desktop, I have loaded the program on the machine, but still can't sync. What do I need to do?

    Hi @esteele,

    The Wi-Fi sync will not work between the old 1Password 3.7.2 for iOS version and 1Password 4 for Windows.

    The best way to approach this is to migrate your data on the same iOS device, from 3.7.2 to the latest 6.0.1 version, which you can download for free from the App Store. This guide will explain how to migrate: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/

    Once you migrate to 1Password 6.0.1 for iOS, you can then do the Wi-Fi sync with 1Password on your PC.
