1Password Mac + Windows Bundle UPGRADE
Hi,
I run 1Password on Mac version 3.8.22 and Windows computer version 1.0.9.342. I purchased the Bundle licence in Feb 2013. I now like to upgrade to the latest versions for both platforms. But when I enter my licence code into your upgrade search site it only suggest I can upgrade to KNOX. Can I still upgrade and how? Do I now need to buy a new Bundle licence at the full price from your store or do I get a discount?

Hey @Dan_L! Sorry for the mixup with your license code. Since you bought it in 2013, it's a free upgrade to the latest version of 1Password. :) I've just emailed your licenses to the email address you used to sign up here on the forums. To start your upgrade to version 5 on Mac and 4 on Windows, you'll need to download them here on your computers: https://agilebits.com/downloads
There will be a link in the email titled "Click here to apply" and that will add the license to 1Password 5 on Mac/4 on Windows.

I have now upgraded and running on 1Password 5 on Mac with no problems. Will now do the same on my other Windows computer. Thank you very much for your time in helping me to sort this so quickly penderworth.
