database backup failed
I followed the directions to resolve the database backup failure, but it did not work. I am still not able to open 1password, and am still getting Database Backup Failed notices every 5 minutes.

Just before we start delving into the issue, could you post the entire error message that you're seeing please and if you've been following directions could you let us know what directions these are. If it's a support page the link would be great so that we can understand what you've tried so far.

@Hjfvp8450: Interesting. There are two things that stick out to me here:
- The error indicates that the vault is either damaged or incomplete
- In your original post you indicated that you're syncing using iCloud...but that isn't possible with 1Password 3
Where did your vault originate? Was it maybe copied or sync'd in an incomplete fashion? The more you can tell us about your setup, the better we'll be able to determine what's going wrong. Do you have other backups? Ultimately, it may be necessary to restore from a backup if your data is damaged or corrupt. Please let me know!
