IOS wifi synch error Time Out

in iOS

I use 1password on my iPhone (IOS 9) and my PC Windows10
Since i have installed Windows 10 i cannot run the wifi synchronization, i have a Code Error 60 "Operation Time Out" Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain
I have generated a new secret code, re-setup the IOS synch ption ... impossible to synchronize
