Sync error

I get this error message when I try to sync via Wifi: "There was a temporary connection problem during sync. Please check the connection on both devices and try again" I get the same message on my phone and tablet.

I view the log but its empty.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 8.1
Sync Type: Wifi sync

    I tried to disable firewall on Windows and finally the sync worked.

    Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with Wi-Fi sync. What device are you currently syncing with? It’s common for the network service to be in a broken state and sometimes a simple reboot of both devices do the trick. Let me know if that helps!
