    Trying to re-load 1Password on my Mac from App store as instructed but it is stuck on install for the past four days and will not download..

    Hey @gstrahm! I split your post off from the other one because it's a bit of a different issue. Have you tried restarting your computer and attempting to install the app from the Mac App Store? If that doesn't work, could you give us a bit more info about your setup? It'd be helpful to know what version of OS X you're using. Also double-check the Mac App Store to make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to purchase 1Password (click the Store menu and your email address will be displayed at the bottom).
