Beta signup email typo!

A client accidentally mistyped their email address when signing up for 1Password for Teams beta. It's mapped to the 1Password sub-domain they want so is there a way for you guys to reset the email address for the user, or cancel the signup and release they sub-domain so they can try again?

    Hi @londan,

    If we're talking about a brand new account that doesn't have any other users who might be able to initiate the Recovery process, then the account will need to be deleted and set up again.

    Please have the client email us at support@1password.com with details on the team name, the proper email address, and the mistyped one and we'll help!
