Just downloaded 1 password and it crashed my windows 10 computer
Got the unmountable error in Windows 10 after dowloading....it killed my computer - please refund asap

That's not feasible, 1Password is a userland program, it cannot kill Windows like this. It is possible you have a hardware issue that one of your drivers has triggered when opening 1Password. Keep this in mind that it will likely to happen again in the future even without installing 1Password again as another program will cause the drivers to trigger the hardware failure.
