license activation link malfunction

When I try to activate my app by clicking on the license link provided, I get the following message: "An unexpected error occurred. No valid licenses were found. Please contact us for assistance."

Extension Version: 5.4.1
OS Version: 10.10.5
Sync Type: wifi
