I have 1 password for PC and I'm changing to Mac, but I can't install the license.
I had a PC and I bought the version 4. Now I have changed to a Mac, I have already downloaded the new version (5) but I can't install the license. The E'mail I received from you is a key, but it seems that for Mac is a link. Can you help me please?

@jprobert: That's correct. 1Password for Mac uses a different license than 1Password for Windows. We license our software on a per-platform basis, so for example a single 1Password for Windows license entitles you (and up to 5 other family members living in the same household) to use 1Password on all of your PCs — but 1Password for Mac is a separate purchase.
However, if you email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com with your license information, we'll be happy to give you a coupon to add a Mac license at the 'bundle' price, since you already purchased it for Windows. Cheers! :)
