Please read the article carefully to make sure that's really what you want to do—and note that the instructions differ depending on whether you're using the Mac App Store version of 1P or the the AgileBits store version.

@DanGrizzell: Indeed. And also as part of the 'starting over' process, you'll save your old 1Password data to a folder on your desktop, just in case. That will allow you to create a new vault. Please let us know how it turns out! :)
