    @Ashlia I've split your posts from the thread in which you posted because I don't think you have the same problem as the poster in that thread. In any event, please note that I've already answered your question here on the 1P for Mac forum.

    Are you saying that you have a similar problem with 1P for iOS (as well as on 1P for Mac)?

    @Ashlia: Indeed, if you're unable to login to your Apple ID, you'll need to contact Apple for assistance, as AgileBits won't be able to help you access your Apple account:
