Can't seem to get a new license - Mac & Windows Issue Perhaps?

I run 1P on my iMac at home and my wife's and my iPhones. I now have a Windows laptop at work. Installed the app fine but the license reminder keeps prompting me and when I click on the 'I Lost my License Key,' it takes me to a dead link. From your FAQ page, I requested a new license be sent and entered in the email address but nothing is coming though. My mail is working fine and I've gotten other mail from Agile bits before. It's a gmail account.
