Trouble with Windows 10

I managed to access the website discussed in my initial note. Now, I am having trouble with 1Password for windows. Is Windows 10 supported? How do I get the 1 Password Helper? I use Malwarebytes Antimalware home version. Could it be causing the problem?

@Helena_Rizor: Sorry for the confusion! Windows 10 is supported. We have a couple options:
- 1Password for Windows, a desktop app that supports Windows 7, 8, and 10. It will work with touch, but it's best suited to a keyboard and mouse. It is able to integrate with web browsers.*
- 1Password for Windows 10, a native Windows 10 app which is designed to run on any Windows 10 device, including tablets and phones, and is designed with touch in mind. It cannot integrate with web browser.
*It sounds like you're may be using the first one, which uses the 1Password Helper (which is installed with the app and runs in the background) to facilitate the 1Password browser extensions. Can you tell me more about the problem your'e having? Are you receiving some sort of error? Try disabling Malwarebytes temporarily to see if that helps. And be sure to let me know the 1Password, browser, and device versions you're using. Thanks in advance! :)
