Hi

I wanted to know if it is possible to sync my iOS device with my Android device over DropBox?
For the moment I'm just getting errors..

  • Hey @datateam. It is indeed possible to sync between iOS and Android using Dropbox. Can you let me know what error message you're seeing superficially? Also, if you launch 1Password on iOS and tap Settings > Sync > Sync Service, you should see the vault you're syncing below Dropbox. Does the vault end in .agilekeychain or .opvault?

    Hi
the vault I created on iOS is opvault and the one on Android is agilekeychain...
Android doesn't find the opvault and on iOS I'm getting an error message when I try to open the agilekeychain. He tried to download the encryption informations (if I translate correctly as I work in german) and than there is an error with dropbox 404.

  • Thanks for the update, @datateam. Can you please try syncing the iOS device with the .agilekeychain again? Right after doing so (assuming you get an error again), I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports from your iOS and Android devices:

    ---Android---
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/android.html

    ---iOS---
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+android@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
