Can't find Primary Vault in Dropbox

I just made an additional vault for work on my Mac and synced it using Dropbox. My primary vault was synced using iCloud, but I changed it to Dropbox just to get organized and keep everything in one place. But my iOS devices can't find the primary vault data in Dropbox–they only find the secondary vault.

I deleted 1Password.app, tried two different iPhones and made sure the primary vault was indeed uploaded to Dropbox. They simply cannot see it. However the secondary vault shows up just fine.

I went back to iCloud for my primary vault and everything syncs nicely, but the Dropbox issue not very reassuring. I would prefer to have everything in one place.

Any ideas?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble switching to Dropbox. Could you please try switching over again, and then if you're still having problems, please send us some diagnostic reports. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.

    Just had a similar problem where 1Password would show a vault that no longer exist in Dropbox and my Primary vault did not show up at all. I had to go to dropbox.com, and permanently delete any deleted vault. https://www.dropbox.com/en/help/40

    MY primary vault showed up afterward.

    So I did try to switch over one more time and then it worked. Not sure if maybe the primary vault was damaged when it was copied to Dropbox, but deleting it and reconfiguring the connection on the Mac once more did the trick.
