[FEATURE REQUEST] Sync favorites first

In some cases network speed is slow and it's very painful to wait for full sync. It would be really nice if favorites will have priority on sync/updates, so I don't have to wait until junk get synced. After favorites get synced I'd prefer to receive most recently updated created items.

    @a_b: While obviously 1Password won't have any control over network speed or reliability, that's certainly an interesting idea!

    That said, I'm not sure it would be possible to prioritize certain items, since the data is encrypted. Fortunately once the initial sync is complete, you already going to receive recently updated items, and your Favorites will likely already be present. Cheers! :)
