1Password vs El Capitan

I am using 1Password Version 3.8.22 (build 32010). I gently upgraded to El Capitan 10.11.2 (15C50) and I am using Safari Version 9.0.2 (11601.3.9) and on occasion the latest version of Google Chrome.

Can you confirm if I need to purchase a new version/licence for 1Password to use on El Capitan? If so what version of 1Password should I download and will my licence carry over from 1Password 3?

If I do need to upgrade do you have a recommended process of migrating my 1Password password database over to latest version?

    You already have a license for the very latest 1Password which is specifically designed for OS X El Capitan. I've resent your license email in case you don't have the original handy. If you're reading this, it should have already arrived in your inbox.
