Hi @gold47! Firefox 14.01 is a very old version of the browser. Was that a typo? The current stable version on OS X is 43.0.2. I'd recommend downloading that from here and then installing the 1Password extension. Let us know how things go.

Oh darn, you're correct of course -- I got mislead on this computer I haven't launched Firefox on for a long time when the "About Firefox" window said "14.01. Firefox is up to date. You are currently on the release update channel".
(Rant: That's pretty stupid -- it shouldn't claim to be up-to-date!)
