I am unable to save Bank of America login. 1 password doesn't offer to save it even manually

I am trying to save the log in on the Bank of America online banking website. 1password extension does not detect the login either in Firefox or Safari and does not offer to save it. When I try to save it manually by pressing the gear button in 1password helper there is no "save login" option there.
In case it makes a difference I bought 1password directly from AgileBits.

1Password Version: 6.0.1
Extension Version: 4.5.3
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
Sync Type: dropbox

    Hi @V_K,

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

Financial sites are often tricky when it comes to this, but I think we can help! Now, I don't know why you aren't seeing the 'Save new Login' option in 1Password mini when you click the gear icon, but I have some steps that one of our other team members suggested, which doesn't involve using that option. Can you please try this:

Now when you go to the Bank of America site, try using the ⌘\ keyboard shortcut (or select the new Login item from the 1Password extension) to fill the username on the first page. On the password page, do the same thing to fill the password.

Does that help? Please let us know how it goes for you, thanks! :)
