Old password generator

Hi,

Is there any chance you could put the old password generator in 1Password v6? It's the one that generates passwords like "wyd-puk-hi". The new one that replaces it that produces words like "robot-modem-make" may be vulnerable to dictionary attacks, so I'm not wanting to use it for my application.

Hi @ryan,

Thanks for the question.

That type of password generator is still in the application. I guess you have the tab for "Words" selected instead of "Characters". You just need to click on "Characters" to get access to it.

As for the "Words" based passwords. They are more secure than you might think. You can check out this blog post for more information.
