Change Mac Key to Windows Key

Hello,

a few months ago I bought a licens for my MacBook but because of my school I had to sell it and to buy a Windows. Now I do not have a use for my OSX Key but I need one for my Windows.

So is there a way to change it, there are the same prices? I am a student and can't pay so much money for software.
