"Problem with database. Database extension not available..." and the instructions (command, option, Q) do nothing. Three attempts following those instruction to no avail. Exit and restart computer. Still get same message.
And if I could open 1Password I would probably be able to answer your questions below....????

    Hey @mwielosz! Sorry about that. What version of 1Password are you using? You can check by selecting the app in Finder and pressing the spacebar on your keyboard. Let us know so we have a better idea of what's happening.
