Folders in the vault

I use folders to organize my vault. I can't seem to manage these in the current version.
How do I access this feature.

  • Hi @james_curry,

The folders are in the bottom of the left sidebar.

Can you explain what you want to do?

    Hi @james_curry,

What happens if you click on Add on the bottom, does it let you create a new folder?

If yes, go into that folder and press New Item > New Login, save this. Does that item go into the folder?

Yes, that works. seems you have to be in the folder when you add the item.
Now, next problem, I have about 40 in the unassigned folder how do I move them without reentering all the files as new?
I have been using 1Pass for about 10 years -I guess _ and really like the way if syncs across all my devices.
    Thanks for the help Mike

Select a single item in the All folder and drag it onto the folder you want, what happens?

OK, I was sure I tried that yesterday and couldn't get it to work.
Now it works. Gee more user error.
Thanks for holding my hand on this issue.

  • Hi @james_curry,

It may have been a system glitch, sometime the system prevents changes and you have to reboot to make everything work again.

You're welcome and we're here anytime to help out.
