Beta 56 Release Notes
Our last beta was the Family Day edition... so this beta is our Families edition!
We've made a number of wording and display updates so that those who are signing up for a Family account feel a little more at home. After all it was a little awkward adding my wife and son as Team Members... even though we absolutely feel like we are a team.
Another significant feature we added was the ability to add/remove people from and change permissions to, the Shared vault for Teams accounts. This was a pretty widely requested feature and I hope you all enjoy it.
Here are the updates in today's beta 56:
- [NEW] 1Password Families now has much more family-er wording.
- [NEW] You can now manage permissions to the Shared vault in Teams accounts. Yay!
- [IMPROVED] Improved family domain suggestions if the desired domain is taken.
- [IMPROVED] Improved email templates for family teams.
- [IMPROVED] Updated family settings page to let people know they will be able to add their payment method soon, but not quite yet.
- [FIXED] an issue where some Guests could be added to the Shared vault.
