can't change admin email address

I have the same problem discussed under this topic:

But I use 1password for families and don't have the "allowed domains" section. Is there another possibility to change the email address.
It's the email address of the "admin" user.

    Hi @mcr,

    Oh, you found one of the bits that's still under construction! No worries, we can fix it :) Here's what you can do:

    • Send an invitation to the new email address and set up an account.
    • Using the current Owner account, make the new account with the correct address an Owner.
    • Move your data into the new account.
    • Once you're sure all of your items are present, remove the old account.

    In case it helps anyone, we've since made this much easier. Just login to your Profile page at and you can click the Edit "pencil" button next to your email address to change it. Cheers! :)
