Purpose of subheadings of entries

Some login entries do have a kind of subheading under the login name. First I thought you show there the user name but as it seems the value doesn't get changed if the user name is changed.

On other websites you show the domain name as a subheading under the login name.

And on most entries there are neither of them. What's the purpose of those subheadings? I attached two examples.

We're currently looking into some inconsistencies among the various platform-specific versions of 1Password as to what gets displayed there.

@dahanbn with latest Beta 15 dates should be back to normal. You may want to sign-out and sign-in back to your team/family account to force reload of data. Subtitles are coming with future updates.
