How do we use 1Password for Teams on mobile devices? It's locking us out.

Hello - we need some help. Started using 1Password for Teams. Having difficulty accessing our shared vault via mobile devices. Also is there a way for information to exist in 2 vaults and get updated together?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in with your questions. We should be able to get you up and running.

    To answer your question on an item in two vaults. If you have an item in two vaults, then they are considered two items and won't be updated together.

    Regarding your mobile devices, what problems are you having. The easiest way to get the set up is to use the QR code. On your Mac, go to Preferences, Teams, and click Add Devices - it'll show a QR code with your account information.

    Then on your mobile device, go Settings -> Teams, and click Scan QR Code - this will pre-fill the correct information, with the exception of the account's master password. You'll need to fill that in, and then you should be able to add the account. If you are having trouble, please let us know what is happening, and we should be able to help you out.
