In like a Lion... the beginning of March brings with it an awesome new beta full of fixes and updates aimed at improving your overall experience with 1Password for Teams or Families.

Speaking of Families... if your Team is really a Family in disguise then this new beta can help you out! We have added the ability to switch your Teams account to a Family account in the Settings tab. Please be careful though, as it is a one-way switch at the moment.

Your feedback and wonderful suggestions keep us moving forward. Please start a new thread to discuss anything that's on your mind. We love hearing from you!

Here is what is new in Beta 63:

  • [NEW] Added a button to the Settings tab in team accounts to allow family teams to switch to a real family account. {1132}
  • [IMPROVED] We've redesigned the Emergency Kit to be clearer and easier to use. {615, 669, 705, 748, 851, 1139}
  • [IMPROVED] Tweaks and adjustments to improve performance of the app. {P-2217}
  • [FIXED] Fixed an error that could appear when opening the Invitations tab of the Admin Console. {1167}
  • [FIXED] Resolved a specific crash with the error "too much recursion" that could occur in Firefox on Windows 10. {946}
  • [FIXED] Some family account members could not change their email address because of an issue {1156}
  • [FIXED] Fixed problem where Admin Console was not available to the members of Recovery Group. {1125, 1128}
  • [FIXED] No longer showing a misleading "Recover" permission under some vault access items. {1155}
  • [FIXED] Fixed an issue where the sidebar could be cut off in Firefox. {1159}
