Unabale to get back into vault

Using trial.
Created a passcard.
Tested it successfully.
Tried to go back into the vault. Used correct password. 1Password kept taking me back to the login page after signing into the app with the prompt to login again. 1Password won't let me back into the application to create more logins.

    I’m sorry you are unable to unlock your vault in 1Password. From a security standpoint, it is very important that we do not record your master password anywhere. Your master password is only known by you. As such, I am sorry to say I have no way to simply reset it for you. There are, however, a couple things you we can try to recover your master password. Let’s start with a few questions to help us understand the problem better.

    1. Did you change your master password in the past? Could you try using your old master password? Let us know if it is accepted.
    2. Are you using 1Password on any other devices?
    3. Have you configured sync within 1Password on your device?
    4. Does your master password have characters or symbols outside of US-ASCII character set? Characters such as ö, é and à.
    5. Are you using a third-party keyboard on your device?
