verification link cannot be opened by browser
My child, upon clicking on the link in the verification email to join my family account, gets the browser to open, but then it gives a connection error "cannot open this page" or something similar. We've tried Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge on his computer, which is running Windows 10.

That is rather peculiar, @dwongster.
Are you using any kind of anti-malware software that might filter out URLs?
