Error downloading attachments after migrating to families

I recently upgraded to families. I am able to open attachments on my mac but not able to do so on my wife's mac. I get the attached error.

    Hello again, @sai. In order to help us track down the problem, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your wife's Mac, the one where you're seeing the errors. Here are the instructions for doing that:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
